Most of the businesses we design for have never visited our studio, and that is perfectly normal. Vectographics sits in Gurugram, but a logo design project can run entirely from your desk in Jaipur, Pune, Kochi or Guwahati. This article explains how remote logo design with us actually works, what you need to prepare, and how to keep one logo consistent when your business spreads across several cities.
Why a remote logo project is less strange than it sounds
A logo is a visual file. Nothing about drawing a mark requires the designer and the owner to share a room. What matters is a clear brief, quick answers to questions, and drafts you can look at on your phone while you are at your shop, clinic or factory. Since everyone works in the same country and the same time zone, a message sent at lunch gets a reply the same afternoon. We are open daily from 9:30 am to 8 pm, which also covers evenings after your own working day.
The conversation comes first
Every project starts with a call. You tell us what the business does, who buys from you, which competitors you do not want to resemble, and where the logo will appear. A signboard in a market lane needs different thinking from an app icon or a rubber stamp. Tell us if you operate under a trade name and a registered company name, because we then have to decide which one leads.
After the call we usually send a short written summary on WhatsApp or email so that both sides agree on the brief before drawing starts.
What a remote project looks like day by day
Day one
briefing call, reference images from you, written summary from us.
Days two to three
concept work. We share the first directions as a PDF or image you can open anywhere.
Day four
you give feedback in one message, ideally with the whole family or partner group looped in beforehand.
Day five: the refined logo, followed by file preparation.
Most projects land in three to five working days. One revision round is included, so it helps to collect every opinion before replying rather than sending comments in pieces.
Keeping one logo across many cities
Businesses with branches in more than one state face a particular problem: each branch makes its own signboard, visiting card and social post, and the logo slowly drifts. Colours shift, the tagline moves, someone stretches the mark to fit a banner. A good logo handover reduces this. Ask for the mark in a horizontal and a stacked version, a single-colour version for stamps and engraving, and a small icon version for social profiles. Then share the same folder with every branch manager.
Names, scripts and bilingual marks
If your customers read Hindi, Marathi, Tamil or another language more comfortably than English, say so at the start. Some businesses want an English wordmark with a Devanagari line beneath it; others want the opposite. The two scripts have different weights and proportions, so it is a design decision, not an afterthought. Bring the exact spelling you want in each script, because transliteration of names varies and we should not guess.
Trust when you have never met the designer
It is reasonable to hesitate before paying someone you have not shaken hands with. Practical ways to reduce that risk: ask to see relevant past work, confirm the scope in writing, check the studio address and published phone number, and talk on a call rather than only by text. We would rather you ask these questions than stay uneasy.
“Vecto Graphics were professional and prompt. I am old-school, and I prefer to go and meet the designer in-person to discuss options. Vecto Graphics seem to do all the work remotely, but they maintained good communication throughout the …”
Files you receive
At the end you get editable vector files along with ready-to-use exports for web, social media and print. Keep a copy in your own cloud drive. Your signboard maker, your printer and your website developer will each ask for a different format, and you should be able to send it within minutes without coming back to us.
Pricing
Logo design cost depends on scope, so we give a custom quote after the briefing call rather than a fixed list price. The shapes below describe how projects commonly differ.
For one business with a simple need.

For businesses that will use the logo in many places.
- Colour and spacing rules

Every project is scoped individually. Fixed quote after a short call, with no surprise charges later.
FAQ
Can I get a logo designed without any visit to Gurugram?
Yes. Calls, WhatsApp and email cover the whole process, and the final files are sent online.
What should I send before the first call?
A few lines about your business, any existing logo or sketches, colours you like or dislike, and two or three logos you admire.
What if my partners are in different cities and disagree?
Gather their comments into one reply. The included revision round works best as a single, agreed set of changes.
Can the logo include Hindi text?
Yes, we can design bilingual lockups. Send the exact spelling you want shown.
