Brochure Designer in Gurgaon – Vectographics Gurgaon journal

A brochure usually ends up in one of two places: on a client's desk, or in the bin. What decides which one is whether it looks like it is worth keeping.

We are Vectographics, a design studio in Sector 24, Gurugram. As a brochure designer in Gurgaon, we make brochures that explain what you sell clearly, look professional, and print properly. That last part matters more than most people think. A great design on screen can look flat or muddy on paper if the file is not prepared right.

Brochure designer in Gurgaon: what we make

Bi-fold brochures

simple, good for short company introductions or a single product line.

Tri-fold brochures

the classic choice for services, clinics, schools and real estate.

Z-fold and gate-fold brochures

useful when you want a more dramatic reveal.

Multi-page brochures and catalogues

for product ranges, exports, and corporate presentations.

Flyers and pamphlets

single-sheet handouts for events, offers and launches.

Product catalogues

with consistent layouts so you can add products later without redesigning.

If your project is a longer document about the whole company, see our company profile design article in this journal.

What makes a brochure work

Before we design, we agree on three things.

One goal

Is this brochure meant to bring walk-ins, support a sales call, or go in an export sample box? Each needs a different layout.

One reader

A brochure for a hospital's patients reads differently from one for a procurement manager at a factory.

One next step

Every brochure should end with something to do: call, scan a QR code, book a visit. If readers do not know what to do next, most will not do anything.

Our brochure design process

1.Brief

You tell us what the brochure is for, who reads it and how many you will print. Send whatever you have: old brochures, logo, product photos, text.

2.Structure

We plan the page flow before we design. Where does the reader start? Where do prices go? Where does the contact block sit?

3.Layout and design

We design in your brand colours and fonts. If you do not have brand guidelines yet, we can help with that too.

4.Review

You see the brochure as a flat layout and as a folded mockup, so you know how it will look in your hand.

5.Revision

You give feedback and we refine the layout. One revision round is included.

6.Print-ready files

We prepare a press-ready PDF with bleed, crop marks and CMYK colours, and you receive the editable file.

These save you money and disappointment.

Bleed and safe margins

We add 3 mm bleed and keep text away from the trim edge so nothing gets cut off.

CMYK, not RGB

Screens show bright colours that offset and digital presses cannot always match. We design in print colour from the start.

Paper choice

For most business brochures, 130 to 170 GSM art paper gives a good feel without looking cheap. For a premium catalogue, thicker paper or a matt lamination feels more expensive. Ask your printer for a sample before you decide.

Folds

Tri-fold panels are not all the same width. The inner flap is slightly narrower so it folds cleanly. We handle this correctly.

Do not cram

White space is not wasted space. Crowded brochures get skimmed or skipped.

How much does brochure design cost in Gurgaon?

The price depends on the number of pages, how many images need editing, whether we restructure content, and how many revisions you need. A simple tri-fold costs far less than a 24-page catalogue.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a brochure designer in Gurgaon charge?

It depends on the number of pages and the amount of content. We quote after seeing your content.

Do I need to give you the text?

If you have it, great. If not, tell us what you want to say and we will suggest a structure.

Which fold is best for my business?

Tri-fold suits most service businesses. Bi-fold suits shorter content. For many products, a catalogue works better. We will suggest one after the brief.

Will the brochure be print-ready?

Yes. We supply a PDF with bleed and CMYK colours, which is what printers ask for.

Can you design just the cover?

Yes. We can also redesign only the layout of an existing brochure.

How long does it take?

Most projects take 3 to 5 working days from the day we receive your content. One revision round is included, and you receive the editable file.

Do you also design logos and packaging?

Yes. See our logo design and packaging design articles in this journal.
