A5 Tri-fold Brochure Design for a Paediatric Eye-Care Wing
Eye-care information for parents, folded into three clear panels.
Interactive 3D mock-up · drag the slider to open and close the brochure

This brochure introduces the JRG Paediatric Wing at Ishwar Eye Centre in Rohtak to parents. It explains what the wing treats, introduces the specialist, and helps a parent decide when a child should be seen.
We designed it as an A5 tri-fold: closed it is A5 size (148 × 210 mm), and opened it becomes three A5 panels, 444 × 210 mm in total. The six panels read in a clear order. The outside carries the promise and the call to action. The inside holds the detail, split into services, the specialist and the warning signs a parent can check at home.
The 3D render above shows the brochure folded at A5 size. Use the slider to open it to its full 444 × 210 mm spread, then scroll down for the flat outside and inside spreads, the panel-by-panel layout and the print sizes.

A clearer start for growing eyes
Both logos sit at the top, a smiling child with a soft toy fills the lower half, and one headline says what the wing is for.
Their world is still getting bigger
A calm photograph, four short taglines and a large “call for information” bar with phone numbers and the address.
Now at Ishwar Eye Centre
A short plain-language introduction to paediatric ophthalmology, ending on one line parents remember.

Our services
Nine conditions in an icon grid so a parent can find theirs at a glance, from squint and lazy eye to myopia control, ROP screening and nystagmus.
Meet the specialist
A portrait, credentials and a short note on her approach, so a nervous parent knows who will see their child.
When should you bring your child in?
A seven-point checklist of signs to watch for, finished with a reminder to book an annual screening.
Calm colour, friendly faces
Soft blues and white keep a medical subject reassuring. Photography of children, not equipment, leads the cover and the back panel.
Easy to scan in a waiting room
Large headings, short lines and icons let a parent skim the services in seconds. The symptom checklist uses everyday wording instead of clinical terms.
One clear action
The phone numbers and address sit in a single high-contrast bar on the back panel, so the call to action is easy to find after reading.
Built for the fold
Each panel carries one idea, and the order works folded or open: promise first, detail inside, action on the back.
What size is an A5 tri-fold brochure?
Folded, an A5 tri-fold is 148 × 210 mm. Opened out flat it is three A5 panels side by side, which makes the full spread 444 × 210 mm.
How many panels does a tri-fold brochure have?
Six: three on the outside and three on the inside. The cover, the back and the inside flap make up the outside.
